  • The Tourist Information Center – located in the main square at Velké náměstí 1, opened daily.
  • Nextbike shared bikes in Písek from 1 March to 30 November 2026. Available: 100 bikes + 15 e-bikes at more than 60 stations. 15 minutes free for everyone
  • Sand sculptures 2026 will be opened on May 20.

  • The bus station in Písek is being reconstructed. Long-distance buses keep departing from the stop “U autobusového nádraží” till the reconstruction is finished.
